Cash Management now harmonises foreign-currency figures when the Forex rate master is empty, so cash positions display consistently even before exchange rates have been entered.

The master-data screens now require the Enterprise (ENT) hierarchy node and the Material Cost Group to be selected, ensuring records are correctly classified for reporting and costing from the moment they are created.

You can now raise an External Service Order to send an asset out to a vendor for repair, calibration or overhaul and record its return. The asset’s status and location are managed through the dispatch and receipt steps, and a new Returnable Register shows which assets are currently at a vendor, how long they have been out, and whether they are overdue.

New Debit Note and Credit Note documents let you raise adjustments against suppliers and customers from a single unified screen. Notes flow through a maker/approver workflow and, on final approval, post automatically to the General Ledger with the correct payable/receivable and tax entries. Notes can be printed as a PDF and emailed to the party.

A new GST Reverse Charge (RCM) capability handles self-assessed GST on applicable vendor invoices end to end. The system detects RCM-liable invoices from configurable categories, accrues the liability automatically on posting, generates the required self-invoice, and tracks GST payment and input-tax-credit claims. A dedicated dashboard and reports (register, vendor-wise, liability, ITC and GSTR-3B) give complete visibility.

A new statutory Schedule III Balance Sheet groups posted balances under the Companies Act headings (Equity & Liabilities / Assets) with sub-heads, subtotals, expandable account detail, a comparative prior year-end, and a printable PDF. The Schedule III P&L has also been enhanced with the same expandable account-level detail.

Production rejects and surplus finished goods are now captured, segregated into quarantine locations, and revalued to their net realisable value so the P&L and Balance Sheet stay correct. Surplus write-down and any later dealer-sale recovery are assigned back to the originating Sales Order, giving accurate order-level costing.

The Design Studio has been enhanced to streamline the design workflow, and new help documentation guides users through the available design features.

A new GST Refund feature lets you monitor and track GST refund claims through their lifecycle, giving finance teams visibility of refunds due and their status.

A new MSME Outstanding report in Accounts Payable lists amounts due to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise suppliers, helping you track and disclose MSME dues in line with statutory requirements.

Deleting a delivery note now correctly rolls back the delivered quantity on the Sales Order, and items belonging to deleted notes are excluded from delivered-quantity checks on both the admin views and invoices. This prevents orders from appearing over-delivered after a delivery is removed.

Sales Orders now move to Partially Delivered or Delivered automatically as goods are dispatched, so the order status always reflects what has actually shipped without manual updates.

A new statutory Schedule III Statement of Profit & Loss presents your results in the format prescribed by the Companies Act. Figures are grouped by their Schedule III line, include a comparative prior period, and can be exported as an A4 PDF for filing and board reporting.

The online storefront and the E-Commerce management pages have been enhanced with a cleaner layout and improved usability, making it easier for shoppers to browse and for administrators to manage the store.
